Quality Analyst

Job Description:

PGP is looking for a QA Analyst who is comfortable working closely with the product teams to review and understand the product’s overall functional and non-functional requirements. The QA Analyst is responsible for troubleshooting technical challenges and preventing future occurrences.

Brief Overview of Expectations:

Demonstrates a team approach to quality management
Collaborative with business teams to reproduce, analyze and resolve issues
Create and execute test cases while testing heuristics to validate that changes are working as expected
Provide feedback to managers and team members
Troubleshoot technical challenges and develop prevention techniques
Report detailed findings to management

Preferred Qualifications:

1-2 years of prior work experience in an equivalent industry
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or equivalent experience
Certified Lean Six Sigma
Risk Management
Knowledge of modern testing methodologies
Hands-on experience with automation tools preferred
Good test data management skills preferred
Independently complete designated tasks and projects while working from home
Exceptional time management and ability to stay organized
