Tony is responsible for setting the strategic vision and direction of ProGlobal Partners.
Before founding PGP, Tony was the CEO of Insurance Solutions and spent over 39 years successfully growing the P&C Agency in California. With his expertise, the company grew 17% annually since he acquired the firm in 1997. Tony is considered an expert in the Property and Casualty field.
Now Tony is focused on sharing his talents with other organizations. When not meeting with clients, Tony enjoys spending time with his family.
Alex is responsible for the strategic growth and operations of ProGlobal Partners.
Before joining the team, Alex spent over seven years in Operations Management, Consulting, Project Management, and Financial Analysis.
Alex also holds a Master’s Degree in Project Management from the University of Southern California. When not meeting with clients, Alex enjoys playing in charity golf tournaments.
Michael advises on PGP’s strategic growth and operations.
Before joining the team, Michael spent over 32 years in Operations Management, Consulting, Outsourcing, Product Management, and M&A Integration. Michael took part in developing one of the nation’s first systems management in the industry and has worked extensively in Fortune 500 employers.
Michael holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Black Belt Six Sigma Certification, and a Green Belt Lean Six Sigma Certification. He is a Certified Outsourcing Professional, a Fellow with a Managed Healthcare Academy Designation, and a member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans. There is no doubt that Michael is a seasoned expert who is an asset to any team.
Outside of being a valuable asset to PGP, Michael enjoys participating in Marathons.
