Finance Manager

Job Description:

PGP is seeking a knowledgeable Finance Manager who can assist in database management, forecasting, budgeting, and reports improvement to assist management in making informed decisions. Responsible for managing 3-5 people and overseeing the completion of projects.

Brief Overview of Expectations:

Supervise a team of 3-5 colleagues
Ability to communicate effectively with the leadership team and other team members
Execute financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
Analyze financial data and create economic models for decision support
Report financial performance and prepare for regular leadership review
Prepare monthly financial statements (Individual and Consolidated)
Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accuracy in financial reporting
Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
Oversee accounting and finance operations on a branch level and company-wide level
Assists management in annual budget planning and improvement of accounting system, processes, and procedures
Monitor the company’s daily cash budget and position
Facilitate standard tax reporting and compliance requirement
Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/ forecasting tools

Preferred Qualifications:

3-5 years of prior work experience in an equivalent industry
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
Proficient ability to use Microsoft-based applications (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint)
Advanced knowledge and practical application of QuickBooks
Ability to prepare comprehensive management letters and other reports
Independently complete designated tasks and projects while working from home
Exceptional time management and ability to stay organized
